Members of Girls Rock! explored the waters of the San
Francisco Bay on Wednesday, October 13, 2010. The girls were guests of Pegasus Charters for a two hour sail on the Bay.
It was a perfect day to be on the water where it was much cooler than in town. Each girl had the opportunity to sit
or stand in the bow of the boat for an unparreled view of the area.
Captain Richard gave a comprehensive safety talk before allowing anyone on the vessel. Everyone
was given a harness which attached to the boat and a life jacket. All of the girls agreed the sailing trip was
a wonderful experience - they had fun and learned a lot about sailing.
